Unlike MuleSoft, we show you the numbers before you talk to anyone. Pick the model that fits your team.
All optional. Most teams self-manage after knowledge transfer — but we're here if you need us.
Monitoring, patching, incident response. We watch your flows so you don't have to.
Ad-hoc development, new flows, troubleshooting. Use as much or as little as you need.
Full platform operations — infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, on-call. Your integration layer, our problem.
Fixed-rate is simpler — you know the total cost upfront, and it includes everything. Choose this if you want predictability and plan to migrate your entire MuleSoft estate.
Per-flow gives you more control. Start with a paid assessment to understand complexity, then migrate flows incrementally. Choose this if you want to start small, have a mix of simple and complex flows, or only plan to migrate part of your environment.
Simple: Stateless REST APIs, HTTP proxies, basic request/response patterns. Typically a single system with straightforward mappings.
Medium: Flows with data transformations, multiple system integrations, error handling with retries, or moderate DataWeave logic.
Complex: Batch processing, stateful orchestrations, saga patterns, heavy DataWeave transformations, EDI/X12 processing, or flows with complex failure recovery.
The assessment categorizes every flow and you approve the classification before we start.
The $10,000 assessment fee is credited in full toward your migration if you proceed. If you don't proceed, you keep the deliverables: a complete flow inventory, complexity scoring, migration plan, timeline, and hard cost estimate. Either way, you walk away with a clear picture of what migration looks like.
At $750/flow/month, we handle monitoring (alerting, dashboards, SLA tracking), patching (runtime updates, dependency upgrades, security patches), and incident response (on-call coverage, root cause analysis, fix deployment). Think of it as managed middleware without the MuleSoft price tag.
Absolutely. This is actually the most common approach with per-flow pricing. Start with 3–5 flows, validate the architecture in production, then migrate the rest at your own pace. The infrastructure setup ($12K) is a one-time cost regardless of how many flows you migrate.
Migration typically costs about 50% of one year's MuleSoft spend. After that, your ongoing costs drop to cloud infrastructure only — usually 90–97% less than MuleSoft licensing. Most customers break even within 4–8 months.
